I made "Everything That Keeps You" in 2019 while I was living in Montreal, during one of those times in life when everything feels like it's shifting under your feet. After 15+ years in the music industry - touring North America and Europe multiple times, headlining folk clubs with my dad as "Andrew and Zachari Smith," and playing alongside incredible artists like Joshua Hyslop and Ce Qui Nous Traverse - I needed to make something completely personal.
